The patented GPS-RN is carbon fiber needlepoint, bi-polar ionization generator rated 2,400 CFM nominal capacity. The GPS-RN is designed for duct mounting or AHU mounting. The GPS-RN housing is made from 316 stainless steel and includes illuminated on/off switch, ion output indication, dry-contact alarm output and 3 inch screw-on needle extensions. Up to three units may be daisy chained off of one power supply for higher airflow applications.

The patent-pending GPS-iRIB-36 is the first flexible ionization bar in the HVAC industry. The GPS-iRIB-36 will fit where no other devices can install. The GPS-iRIB-36 is 36″ long and can be mounted on ductless mini-splits, PTACs, ceiling cassettes or any another HVAC system with coils up to 48″ long. This break-through ionization device uses “Fold-To-Fit” technology. The carbon fiber ion emitters are embedded into the flexible ribbon cable. The cable is made from custom polyamide material, so it’s resistant to chemicals, has a dielectric strength of 30,000 volts and can withstand temperatures from -200F to +500F! The full width coil coverage will help prevent mold from growing inside the coil and fan housing, which has been a problem in many ductless systems.
The patented GPS-iBAR is a bi-polar ionization generator custom designed for any air flow and is constructed from extruded aluminum and contains 316 stainless steel ion needles every 3/4″ down the length of the bar. The bar comes in sizes from 8″ up to 143″ in 3″ increments. The GPS-iBAR may be mounted in AHU’s, RTU’s or installed in ducts with an optional duct mounting kit. The GPS-iBAR is perfectly suited to mount to cooling coils on the air inlet side to clean up old coils and keep new coils clean.
